SBCA has submitted a letter (which can be read by clicking on the pdf link below) to Tom Searles, President of the American Lumber Standards Committee (ALSC), requesting further information regarding Southern Pine lumber monitoring data previously collected by the Southern Pine Inspection Bureau (SPIB). 

As the letter states, “this presumably would have been created following the last time the full in-grade testing was performed, and we further presume that this testing has been done in accordance with the requirements of ASTM D1990 Section X11.”
