Last year, SBCA created online residential fall protection Step-by-Step Guidance to provide a comprehensive customer-service tool for component manufacturers to share with their builder and contractor customers.
This month, the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) added SBCA’s guidance as part of its Fall Protection Toolkit. If you are a component manufacturer and haven’t become familiar with this “industry best-practice” approach to complying with OSHA’s residential fall protection requirements, take a few moments to check it out. Your builder customers may be contacting you for more information.
If you, or any of your customers, have questions regarding SBCA’s fall protection guidance, please contact staff.
