Each year, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration compiles an annual list of the top 10 most frequently cited standards across all industries. In 2012, the majority of standards that OSHA identified as the most frequently cited are directly applicable to the construction and residential home building industries.  This list looks eerily similar to the one posted for 2011.
